12/14/1664. Christopher Kelby who marryed Kathryn, one of the Orphts. of Charles Hill ded'd., & Will Frizle, Guardian to the sd. Orphts., to deliver the sd. Kelby cattle for his Wife.

Lancaster County, Virginia, Court Orders and Deeds, 1656-1680:
November 13, 1661. John Frizle & Ardry his Wife Admors. of the Est. of Charles Hill, that the sd. Hill in his life was employed by the Vestry of ye P'ish of Piankelacke to go to James City for the defending of some differences between the sd. P'ish of Piankelancke & ye P'ish of Lancaster. Hill did disburse a quantity of tobaca & it is ordered that the members of Pianketanck do pay Frizle.

March 9, 1663/4. The now Wife of Willm. Frizle ye Widd. & Relict of Charles hill dec'd, the eldest daughter of sd. hill [daughter Kathryn] the sd. Frizle is admitted the guardian.
