Sarah Catherine (²Thomas, ¹Martin) Reagan

Sarah Catherine Reagan was born 3/30/1894 in Davenport IA. 

Sarah "Kate" met Dennis Edward Mullin through a relative who was living in western Iowa. Shortly thereafter, they developed a truly long distance relationship; as Davenport was 200 miles and up to three days travel by car and train. After meeting only twice, they were married on 9/27/1915 at St. Anthony's Church, Davenport IA. After the wedding, Kate and Dennis went back to Ringgold County to live.

Kate and Dennis farmed in Ringgold Co IA, but the agricultural depression of the 1920s caught up with them. After losing the family farm, Sarah and family moved to her home in Davenport where they rented the Reagan house on W. 11th Street.

Dennis lived to retirement, dying in 1970. Sarah survived Dennis by two years, dying on 3/21/1972 in Davenport IA. Both Sarah and Dennis are buried in Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Davenport IA.
